FonGenie - Steps to get started
 
FonGenie telephone number.
Every new account requires a FonGenie number. Select either a local number in your area or a toll-free number. If desired, multiple numbers can be activated for call tracking.
Using your existing number.
Receive calls from your customers to your new FonGenie number or simply setup a call-forwarding from your existing telephone number to FonGenie.
Speaking to your customers.
When customers call, they are greeted by your customized menus. When the customer presses your predefined key, such as 0 or 1 from their telephone, it will ring your phone and connected with the caller.
